Booking
All services should be booked directly
through “Life Umbrella” Tour Co.,Ltd. After you had accepted
tour price and payment, we are going to tell you for the
deposit.
Payment
We’ll agree that all the tour prices are
quoted as net price only in US$. Payment can be sent by bank
transfer or credit card and cash on arrival can be acceptable
for our clients who do not have enough time to transfer the
payment. Please do not bring old, stained and torn dollar bill,
the serial number heading must not be CB note because there is
no international banking system at present.
Validity
Prices are quoted on net basis and valid
according to the date specified on the printed tariffs,
quotations, invoice etc… Life Umbrella Tours Co.,Ltd warrants
that the prices or rates quoted are correct at the time of
issuance but one subject to change in line with market, tax or
currency fluctuation.
Deposit
We require to have a deposit to confirm the
arrangement with us. We would like to have 30% of total tour
cost that depend on our services. Remaining balance must be made
by one month prior to client’s arrival. This payment should be
set by telegraphic transfer to the Bank.
Cancellation
Would you please let us know for the
cancellation of your booking as soon as possible. Cancellation
fees are as follow:
Cancellation for booking without bearing any cost is possible
not later than 60 days of arrival.
- 30 days prior to your arrival will be changed 30%of the
tour cost.
- 14 days prior to your arrival will be changed 60% of the
tour cost.
- 7 days prior to your arrival will be changed 80% of the
tour cost.
Discount
A child under 12years old is generally
granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, on condition that
he/she must accompanied by at least two full paying adults and
stays in the same room in an existing bed. One will be given
complimentary for every 16 pax.
Insurance Requirement
It is highly recommend that travel insurance
covering health, trip cancellation lost and damage luggage etc.,
be purchased.
Refund
There shall be no refund after commencement
of the service included in the tour program but not utilized by
the clients. Once the customer has received any refund of his
payment, Life Umbrella Tour Co.Ltd. shall be released from any
additional liability.
Responsibility
Our company is the agent for the passenger in
regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach,
boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assume no
liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity. There is no responsibility for losses or
additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes and other
unexpected causes such as sickness, weather, strike etc. Life
Umbrella Tours also reserves the right to modify or reverse the
original programmes in the interest of the clients. Life
Umbrella Tour Co.Ltd may substitute flights with train/coach
services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen
or beyond its control. However, Life Umbrella Tours Co.Ltd will
always make full endeavors to keep up the original tour
programmes and arrangements.
